This document is the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) between 果冻传媒 and the Council of School Officers, Local #4, American Federation of School Administrators, AFL-CIO (CSO). The CSO represents a group of 果冻传媒 employees including but not limited to school principals, assistant principals, deans of students, and psychologists. The CBA describes dues deductions, fair practices, grievances and arbitration, disciplinary action, probationary periods, transfers, leave and pay, personnel files, personal injury and property damage, curriculum and instruction, use of school facilities, bulletin boards, not striking, position descriptions, professional development, compensation, benefits, working conditions, school safety, and the duration of this agreement.
